WHO WE ARE
The Silent Money Executive Wealth Table (SMEWT) is an invitation-only organization comprised of global business leaders, executives, and entrepreneurs. Our roundtable aims to provide a unique networking experience that focuses on building key relationships, business expansion, and capital asset development, which will increase access to funding, strategic referrals, and global collaboratives.
Research data shows that Black business owners are at a disadvantage when it comes to accessing capital. This widening racial funding gap may discourage many entrepreneurs from taking risks and going big in business—but not us.

As a member-led collaborative, our objectives are to enrich one another and facilitate personal, professional, and financial growth by providing an environment successful people want to be in. Our thorough and thoughtful selection and vetting process is designed to create an environment where members feel confident, safe, and assured that they are in the right “room” where they can thrive alongside their professional peers.
Our strategic goal is to grow businesses by increasing our members’ access to establishing crucial partnerships with banks, acquisition companies, real estate professionals, and investment agencies to become global equity partners. We believe that is the foundation for true, sustainable wealth.

ANNUAL SILENT MONEY SOCIETY INTERNATIONAL RETREAT
Executives face the pressure of leading through change and expansion in an increasingly competitive global economy. SMEWT hosts an annual in-person international retreat where you can devote undivided attention on mapping out your expansion strategy to thrive in business, focusing on your growth and advancement, and establishing shared experiences with our network of success-minded global leaders.
The mission for the African international retreats is to:
- promote collaboration, dialogue, and networking opportunities between International scholars, researchers, students, holistic practitioners, and entrepreneurs across the sectors
- showcase and collaborate on research, strategic planning, methods, tools, and trainings already being carried out in international countries with the goal of meshing minds, hearts, and souls in a harmonic embrace to build or grow financially independent communities
- study and learn the processes and system of generational financial wealth and wellness opportunities and experience hands-on interaction and practice between international communities and Africans through conference fireside chats, workshops, song, dance, education, and community service
- bring the best resources from the United States to enrich the lives, minds, and economy in other countries

Our yearly membership can accommodate up to one hundred executives at a time. Dues are paid every six months.
EXPECTATIONS OF MEMBERS
- attend 75 percent or more of the monthly virtual meetings
- initiate ideas, resources, and collaborations with group members
- consistently refer SMEWT members to outside networks
- provide partnership opportunities to other SMEWT members
- stay open to peer-based critique
- perform in excellence, remain respectful and represent SMEWT in the best way
- refer eligible non-members to open registration, forums, and fireside chats
How do I join?
1. Fill out the interest form.
2. Complete a zoom interview with our founder.
3. Accept your membership commitment and submit your dues.
4. Receive confirmation of your membership in the mail and your inbox.
Please note that we do limit our membership to 100 members at any given time. We find that this provides a more engaged and valuable experience.
